Who We Are

JOSOAR Contracting and Property Management is a new name to the Cowichan Valley but with a combined construction experience of over 30 years.

The company was formed by Geoff Beaton after his passion for building grew beyond his own projects.

Geoff has been connected to the industry for over 15 Years. In constructing his own development he assembled a team of individuals who strive to produce quality work to achieve high customer satisfaction. We love ICF houses, and new technology in energy efficient homes.

Although our focus is in general contracting, renovations and concrete finishing. We look to assist with any projects that fit our scope.
